Get Ya Goblin On...
Goblin Market, published by Raconteur Press, is now available on Amazon and other Fine Booksellers. The anthology is about Goblin Markets and the strangeness that knocks when you find them. My story, ‘The Accounting of True Names,’ is somewhere therein, alongside stories presented by other authors. Is that enough to help you click this link?
Haven’t got you yet? Here’s the first paragraph of my story.
“There is only one rule when hunting mythic beasts. Rule One. Three simple words. Don’t get caught. The rule isn’t a guideline or a mantra. It’s the foundation for every step you take. When you get out of bed, when you’re in your tree stand or ground blind, when you take your kill to the Goblin Market. Don’t. Get. Caught.” Mr. Paul leaned into the podium, his eyes gleaming, searching the class for prey. The Association of Mythic Game Hunters wants every hunter to live with Rule One as the first consideration for every action. Rule One will be repeated by Mr. Paul in lore class every day.
How about now? https://a.co/d/fI088QF
Seriously. I’m telling you that there is an Association of Mythic Game Hunters, and Goblins are involved. And you’re still not sold? Fine. The next time you find a chimera in your backyard. And the aberration is watching your pet with wide, hungry eyes. Eyes that seem to say, “Snack Time!” with every blink. It’s YOYO’s man. You're on your own.
I’ll put the silly huckstering fun away. This is the first step of a long hike to get my stories out of the rocking chair and onto the printed page as a way to earn my means. It would please me to have you along as a companion.
